On February 20, 2008, Brian Naphtali, President of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, presented Lorne Goldman the rare Life Membership award. This designation is presented to those salespeople who for 20 consecutive years achieved Medallian Club Status (top 10% of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver's 9600 members). In the history of the Real Estate Board from 1919, only 85 people have achieved this statistically verified level of success.
